The Luxury Lab Creator Program Manager is a pivotal role within Wavemaker's Beauty Tech Labs team, sitting at the intersection of luxury brand advocacy, influencer marketing, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Luxury Lab Creator Program Director, this position leads the day-to-day operations of the Beauty Creator Club, a private, invitation-only creator community built around L'Oréal Luxe's ultra-prestige couture houses including Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Giorgio Armani, Prada, Valentino, and Miu Miu. Working alongside the Director through the critical pre-launch and onboarding phase leading into the July 2026 launch, you will then step into full operational ownership of one of Australia's most exclusive luxury creator programs. Success here means a seamlessly run, high-touch seeding and events program that drives creator advocacy, delivers measurable commercial results, and consistently upholds the exacting standards of the world's most iconic luxury beauty brands.
- Manages relationships with 300+ vetted makeup artists and prestige content creators across Australia, overseeing the full creator lifecycle from rigorous vetting and onboarding through to long-term engagement, retention, and annual activation planning
- Coordinates end-to-end fulfillment logistics in close partnership with fulfillment partner IVE, covering inventory management, kitting, bespoke couture packaging, and white-glove delivery tracking across 12+ major seedings each year
- Partners with L'Oréal Luxe brand and division leads, the CMO, and internal creative and strategy teams to align seeding programs with brand objectives and drive maximum visibility on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
- Holds full commercial accountability for the Luxe division's creator budgets, including resource allocation, margin tracking, and ROI reporting using platforms such as Traackr and Influencer AI
- Executes an ambitious annual activation calendar spanning 6+ major mono and multi-brand seedings and 12+ high-end events and workshops, including YSL Masterclasses, Armani VIP Launches, and exclusive holiday events
- Serves as the final reviewer on all creator briefs and post-campaign analyses, ensuring every output meets luxury brand standards and connects results clearly to strategic business objectives
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, product seeding, luxury brand PR, or high-touch creator community management, with a background in the beauty sector highly regarded
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder logistics programs end to end, including inventory tracking, premium fulfillment coordination, and campaign delivery at scale with a precision-led approach
- Proficiency across major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer marketing tools such as Traackr, CreatorIQ, or equivalent, with the ability to translate performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of building trusted, long-term relationships with talent, agents, and senior brand stakeholders with confidence and diplomacy
- Exceptional organisational skills and sharp attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, custom packaging requirements, and competing deadlines simultaneously without dropping standards
- Commercial acumen and direct experience owning and reporting on creator budgets, including resource allocation, cost control, and demonstrating ROI across paid integrations and high-value gifting programs
- A strong eye for luxury and beauty aesthetics, with the ability to enforce high creative standards across creator briefs, visual executions, seeding kits, and all brand-facing communications

- Experience managing or transitioning operational ownership of a large-scale creator program, loyalty program, or closed creator community
- Hands-on familiarity with bespoke fulfillment processes including custom kitting, couture-standard packaging, and premium white-glove delivery tracking
