Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for:

Accountant in Station Accounting department

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform vendor account reconciliation and analysis, resolving discrepancies and errors
Participate in new process development and process improvement activities
Process supplier invoices in Accounts payable module
Perform periodical closing procedures
Execute and document process controls related to financial compliance
Perform other department's functions according to a manager's assignment

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Previous experience within accounting or finance
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a student within this area
Fluency in English to communicate with colleagues in Europe
Previous experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as a plus)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality
A self-motivated, positive mindset and the ability to work well as part of a team
