Location Overview
Join our team in Amanoi. Claiming a spectacular stretch of Vietnam’s coastline within the verdant embrace of Nui Chua National Park and UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, Amanoi is a natural paradise overlooking Vinh Hy Bay. 1. Restaurant Setup & Operations | Chuẩn bị & vận hành nhà hàng
Set up restaurant according to operational standards before each service period.
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of all equipment, utensils, and service stations.
Perform daily cleaning and preparation duties.
Take care of assigned section and maintain smooth operations.

2. Service & Product Knowledge | Kiến thức dịch vụ & sản phẩm
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items, food preparation standards, and restaurant products.
Maintain strong knowledge of beverages and professional beverage service.
Introduce menu items, daily specials, and inform guests of any out-of-stock items.
Provide recommendations and apply suggestive selling techniques.

3. Guest Service & Experience | Trải nghiệm khách hàng
Meet and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Ensure guests’ needs and reasonable requests are promptly fulfilled.
Build positive guest relationships and create memorable dining experiences.
Address guests by name where possible and maintain a professional image at all times.

4. Guest Feedback & Complaint Handling | Phản hồi & xử lý phàn nàn
Report all guest feedback to the Supervisor or Manager on duty.
Handle guest complaints within assigned authority and escalate when necessary.
Take immediate corrective action to ensure guest satisfaction.

5. Sales & Promotion | Bán hàng & quảng bá
Promote food, beverage, and hotel products and services.
Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques effectively.
Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities and services.
