Join Our Team and Help Keep Our Office Running Smoothly! Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide essential office and location support, ensuring our business operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate complex administrative activities to keep office operations smooth and timely
Research, collect, analyze, and compile data for department reports
Manage files, reports, financial records, and oversee department record retention
Deliver excellent customer service by handling internal and external inquiries, resolving or redirecting as needed
Support efficient workflow and office operations by following established policies and procedures
Serve as a point of contact for the department, ensuring clear communication with employees, stakeholders, and senior management
Prepare comprehensive financial records related to departmental expenditures, budgets, investments, payroll, and operations
Evaluate department performance to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement
Provide administrative support to executive-level, senior management, or senior individual contributors, including project support

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of related work experience
Strong problem solving and decision making skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with medical directors/providers
Experience in planning large events

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
