The Opportunity
We are currently on the lookout for an Intern - Talent Acquisition to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team throughout the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
Scheduling and coordinating interviews, assessments, and other recruitment-related activities
Communicating with candidates, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation
Entering Talent Acquisition and Resource Management-related operational data to various internal databases
Conducting regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Generating reports and providing updates as prescribed
Assisting the Talent Acquisition and MIS Teams with administrative tasks as needed
Complying with data integrity and security policies
Upholding the highest levels of data entry hygiene
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized local or foreign university or an equivalent qualification; undergraduates are also welcome to apply
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
The ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
A strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
The ability to establish priorities proactively and excellent time management skills
Hands-on experience in Excel and experience in working with online databases will be an added advantage
