Job Description
As a LATAM Customer Success Intern at HubSpot, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our customer journey within the Customer Success function. This internship offers the opportunity to develop critical skills, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to meaningful projects that help customers grow and improve internal processes across the region.
During this internship cycle, interns will gain exposure, experience, and potential full-time conversion paths to Customer Success Management, Contract Management, or Customer Support.
What You’ll Do
- Support internal tasks and cross-functional projects for Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Assist with customer-facing documentation, including business reviews, internal playbooks, and enablement materials.
- Partner with internal teams to drive product adoption and enhance the customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating across different teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Curious and coachable with a growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Comfortable with data analysis and using tools such as Excel or CRM systems.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- A passion for helping customers and driving process improvements.
Nice to Haves
- Intermediate Portuguese fluency.
- International, consulting, or SaaS experience.
Degree background in International Business, Corporate Communications, Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
- Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
- Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia, or able to work remotely from within Colombia.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) for 6 to 12 months.
