Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, Geo Enablement
London (Battersea Power Station) Hybrid - typically 3 days per week in the office
About the role
The position of Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A, Geo Enablement - SharkNinja within FP&A will support SharkNinja's international financial integration efforts within the Category Profitability team. This is a newly established function focused on embedding category profitability rigor into the international business - building geo-specific financial routines, capturing international R&O, and expanding Blended Gross Margin (BGM) governance across markets. The role will also support full P&L ownership for an assigned subset of Shark & Ninja categories. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Geo Enablement, this position acts as a financial business partner to international Finance, Geo, and Category teams, providing P&L insights and reporting, in-depth margin analysis, and supporting cost optimization efforts. This position is part of a dynamic team that works in a fast-paced environment, where keen attention to detail and an ability to partner with the business is crucial to success.
International Financial Integration & Reporting
- Support the integration of international financial reporting into the Category Profitability framework.
- Track, document, and consolidate international R&O inputs into the forecast process.
- Build and maintain geo-specific financial routines, review cadences, and reporting templates.
- Identify and develop white space opportunities within the Geo Enablement function.
International BGM & Margin Expansion
- Support BGM governance expansion across international markets.
- Build geo-level profitability analysis to support decision-making across markets.
- Partner with international Finance and Category teams to improve margin visibility and accountability.
Category P&L Support (Assigned Categories)
- Prepare and maintain Category P&Ls for an assigned subset of Shark & Ninja categories, supporting full P&L ownership end-to-end.
- Prepare monthly financial review packages and deliver insights for assigned categories.
- Support BGM governance, NPD profitability, and pricing analysis for assigned categories.
- Review P&Ls for accuracy and work with input owners to resolve discrepancies.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Serve as a Category Profitability point of contact for international Finance and Geo teams.
- Partner with Category Enablement peers to ensure consistency between domestic and international P&L frameworks.
- Build analysis and presentations that translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Contribute to special projects and other duties as assigned.
Some of the skills and experience we're looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Previous experience with budgeting and analysis is preferred.
- Experience supporting international or multi-region business, or working with global Finance teams, is a plus.
- Objective oriented with a strong emphasis on business partnership and continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and social skills, proven ability to partner cross-functionally.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills, with strong accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to work on competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with building AI modeling a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel.
