Shift: Night Shift (5pm-7am)
Location: St. Mary Medical Center
Position Purpose
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assists in providing nursing care to a designated patient population in collaboration with other members of the health care team.
Unit Overview
Endoscopy Center
As an Endoscopy Tech, you will
Applies principles in adhering to sterile technique
Assists physician with equipment during procedures
Handles specimens according to policies and procedures
Participates in the evaluation of new supplies, equipment and instruments
Chooses correct method and time frame for high level disinfection and sterilization of equipment
Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent
Prior Endo experience required
Endo tech certification preferred
BLS
