About the role
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a AU Logistics Operation Specialist to join our Logistics Operations team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time.
What you'll be doing:
- Own end-to-end outbound operations, ensuring timely order processing, carrier collections, and daily dispatch execution while maintaining service level commitments.
- Monitor warehouse dispatch capacity, outbound workflows, and carrier performance, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks that may impact fulfilment timelines.
- Manage escalated outbound and delivery-related issues, conducting investigations and driving resolutions independently to minimise operational and customer impact.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Warehouse, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support operational requirements, showroom replenishments, and continuous improvement initiatives across outbound operations.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience managing transport and last-mile delivery operations, with a strong understanding of end-to-end outbound processes from order release through successful customer delivery.
- Proficient in TMS, ERP, or similar operational systems, with the ability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and drive data-backed corrective actions.
- Ability to analyse operational data, identify gaps or inefficiencies, and translate insights into practical corrective actions
