YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assortment Data Quality Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in improving the quality and consistency of product content across our Catalog and Product Information Management (PIM) tools. You will be involved in analyzing data and resolving discrepancies within Glovo's assortment management systems while collaborating with local teams to optimize processes.

THE JOURNEY

  • Support the management of product data within our Product Information Management system (PIM), ensuring consistency between backend information and catalog/app display.
  • Identify and troubleshoot content issues at the product level.
  • Identify problems, suggest improvements, and help correct discrepancies in the product information system.
  • Oversee Q-Commerce Catalog and Content Quality, ensuring completeness and accuracy at the product level.
  • Assist in creating and implementing project management processes to address specific content or data-related issues.
  • Work with various stakeholders, both HQ and local teams, to define, track, and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Strong interest in content management, e-commerce, and data analysis.
  • Ability to assist in designing and implementing structured processes to support problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to identify inconsistencies and resolve issues.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and assisting with data organization and processing.
  • Basic understanding of product information management (PIM) systems and how product data is displayed in apps or websites.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
