About the role

Overview

AI is changing how organisations run their core business, from finance and supply chain to sales, service and the frontline. As Solution Area Specialist for AI Business Process at Microsoft Norway, you will help some of Norway’s most important organisations make that change real. You will bring together Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot and agents to reimagine business processes and deliver measurable business transformation.

This is a broad and genuinely exciting role. You will work with customers in financial services and insurance, manufacturing, and the public sector including health, spanning enterprise, commercial and public sector organisations. You do not need experience in every one of these industries: relevant experience in one or more of them is valued, and the territory may be shaped around the strengths of the person we hire and the team around them.

You will cover the full AI Business Process portfolio: ERP with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and supply chain, CRM with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, low-code with Power Platform, and AI with Copilot and agents. Success in this role comes from understanding how each industry actually works, and from using that insight to lead customers to solutions that move their business forward.

Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
