We are looking for an early-career Sales Specialist – AI Workforce to join our enterprise sales team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is eager to launch a career in technology sales, learn from experienced colleagues, and help customers realise the value of AI-powered solutions.

As a Sales Specialist – AI Workforce, you will support customer engagements across AI Workforce solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, agents, Viva, Microsoft security and management offerings, Frontline Worker solutions, Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365 Link. You will work with experienced colleagues, internal stakeholders, and partners to understand customer needs, develop opportunities, and help customers adopt AI-powered productivity solutions. This role offers hands-on experience in consultative selling, pipeline development, and customer engagement within a supportive, learning-oriented team.

Responsibilities

Sales Execution: Support account teams in understanding customer needs, identifying stakeholders, and progressing AI Workforce opportunities with coaching from experienced colleagues.

Business Value & Consultative Selling: Learn to connect customer priorities with the value of AI Workforce solutions. Participate in customer conversations, research accounts, and help prepare proposals and presentations.

Scaling and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners to coordinate customer activities, share information, and support cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

Technical Learning: Build knowledge of AI Workforce solutions, customer scenarios, and competitors. Contribute to business and technical discussions with support from specialists and technical colleagues.

Sales Excellence: Maintain accurate opportunity information, contribute to account planning and pipeline reviews, and use data and feedback to improve sales execution.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

2+ years technology-related sales or account management experience

OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technology-related sales or account management experience

OR equivalent experience

Fluency in German and English; French is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Internship, placement, academic project, or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, business development, consulting, or a technology-related role.

Exposure to Microsoft 365, Copilot, generative AI, cloud services, or related productivity technologies.

Experience preparing presentations, researching customer or market needs, or contributing to team projects.

Curiosity about how organizations adopt technology and improve employee productivity.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Solution Area Specialists IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across Switzerland is CHF 90,600.00 - CHF 117,800.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
