Lazy 3 Animal Care is a growing mixed-animal practice in the heart of Texas ranch country, and we’re looking for a Medical Director ready to step into a true leadership role—not just manage, but shape the future of the practice.

- Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
- Patient Volume: Busy, well-paced caseload
- Support: 3:1
- Case Mix: Companion animal + livestock + equine, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care

Total Rewards & How We Invest in You
- Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + production bonus
- $25K Sign-on Bonus
- DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program (on top of production)

What You’ll Bring
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent), licensed or eligible in Texas
- Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
