Patient Care Director - RN – Ambulatory (Infusion, Radiation Oncology, Cardiac Cath, & Interventional Radiology)
As a Patient Care Director, you will lead a highly skilled, autonomous team of Oncology, Cath Lab, Radiology nurses, including infusion, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, cardiac cath improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies and best practices. This hospital-wide service plays a vital role in delivering exceptional care across NewYork-Presbyterian.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline leadership and 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery
- Oversee fiscal performance, resource allocation, staffing, scheduling, and staff evaluation
- Set unit goals aligned with NYPH strategic initiatives
- Plan, organize, direct, and monitor unit operations to ensure high-quality, high patient experience, cost-effective care
- Evaluate staff performance, unit outcomes, and system effectiveness
- Ensure unit compliance with all applicable federal, state, and regulatory requirements; maintaining adherence to healthcare laws, accreditation standards, and organization policies
- Foster a professional, inclusive environment where staff and patients can achieve their fullest potential
This is a Full time Monday through Friday with hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1980 Crompond Road, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567
Preferred Criteria
- Five years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership in leading unit development
- Experience with union environments
- Certification as a Nurse Executive
- At least three years of procedural area, Oncology, or Critical Care Experience
Required Criteria
- Progressive Leadership experience in Nursing
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current New York State RN license
- BCLS certification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
