About the role

We're looking for a Fraud Operations Manager, Gaming, to help our customers maximize their use of Radar’s geo-compliance and anti-fraud software.

You’ll ensure automated reporting and case management tools cater to our gaming customers’ needs, proactively enable stakeholders to utilize new features in Radar’s back office, surface fraud and operational insights, and document and optimize gaming customer implementations.

As Radar expands its footprint in the regulated gaming industry, this role will be critical to ensuring the efficiency and accountability of Radar’s back office for the industry’s largest operators.

You'll report to our Vice President of Gaming Operations. This is an in-office opportunity based out of our HQ in Flatiron, NYC. You'll work from the office Monday-Thursday with the opportunity to work remotely on Fridays.

What you'll do

  • Establish deep familiarity with Radar’s back office UX and functionality in order to proactively enable stakeholders at gaming customers on how to best use the Radar platform

  • Proactively identify, document, and analyze anomalous or potentially fraudulent end-user behavior for our gaming customers

  • Stay abreast of fraud trends in the gaming industry to help keep Radar and its gaming customers one step ahead of bad actors

  • Help our gaming customers solve their operational needs with Radar’s existing product suite, and inform the creation of new products at Radar that address additional needs

Who you are

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing operations role

  • Strong understanding of the regulated gaming industry, including gaming-related fraud

  • Familiarity with geolocation software and experience utilizing location data

  • Familiarity with sql and analysis of large datasets

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills underpinned by confidence and humility
