The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Account manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• 负责公司产品的销售和推广工作，深入挖掘客户需求，为客户提供完善的解决方案，全力以赴完成销售目标。

• 积极进行市场开拓，建立并维护良好的客户关系，不断开发新的客户资源，扩大公司业务版图。

• 负责市场信息的收集和反馈，及时敏锐地发现市场变化和竞争对手的信息，为公司决策提供有价值的参考依据。

• 主动了解客户的诉求和需求，为客户提供优质的售前、售中、售后服务，提升客户满意度和忠诚度。

• 与其他部门密切合作，协同作战，共同推动公司不断发展壮大。

  生意伙伴的有效合作，了解经销商对于3M生意的重要性，能确认重点经销商和有潜力的经销商，对于经销商的生意情况有基本的了解，能和经销商公司内部销售员合作

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• 全日制本科毕业，有医疗背景和三年以上医疗院感市场耗材销售经验优先。  

• 较强的自我学习和销售能力，独立的完成公司交给的各项工作任务。

• 良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，拥有强烈的进取心以及良好的团队合作精神。

• 具备抗压和开拓新市场能力，以及解决错综复杂问题能力。

• 具备乐观、勤奋、积极向上精神面貌，有创造性思维更优。

• 人品端正，敢于承担，实事求是，能追根溯源解决问题，服务客户。
