As strategic partners, Brex Executive Assistants provide critical support while also contributing to projects that help drive business priorities and strengthen team collaboration.

What you’ll do

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will provide comprehensive support to help drive Brex’s next phase of growth across go-to-market — spanning revenue, partnerships, strategic business development, and PR. You will manage the day-to-day operations of their executive offices, ensuring seamless communication, cross-functional alignment, and operational rigor across GTM and external partnership initiatives.

You will act as a trusted liaison between senior leadership and cross-functional teams, optimizing executive time through expert calendar management and coordination of travel and key projects. In addition to core administrative excellence, you will support strategic external partnerships, Brand/PR coordination, and cross-functional initiatives tied to revenue growth. This role requires strong business judgment, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex workstreams with discretion and professionalism.

Where you’ll work

This role will be based in our San Francisco office. We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the CRO’s and CBO’s calendars across time zones, including meetings, interviews, and complex domestic and international travel.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CRO, CBO, and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless information flow, accountability, and alignment.
  • Empower coordinated work across multiple leaders and departments, acting as a force multiplier for the GTM organization.
  • Prepare the CRO and CBO for meetings, speaking engagements, and pipeline discussions by coordinating agendas, presentations, materials, and follow-ups.
  • Lead logistics for team, leadership, and All Hands meetings, including prep-work, communications, notes, and action item tracking.
  • Drive continuous process improvements across the executive offices, modeling operational excellence for the broader EA team.
  • Lead execution and tracking of key embedded and ecosystem partnerships, as well as external brand/PR activities, investor relations, and channel/referral program operations.
  • Partner with Recruiting to schedule and facilitate executive interview loops.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact for external partners and candidates, maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion.
  • Plan and execute team events, offsites, SKOs, and customer meetings, owning end-to-end logistics and agenda preparation.
  • Champion community building and inclusion initiatives, partnering with senior leadership to maintain healthy, engaged teams.
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams on company-wide initiatives, modeling strong cultural and operational leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, 3+ of those years supporting at the Executive level, specifically in Sales / GTM
  • Demonstrated ability to operate with full autonomy and self-direction, proactively driving workstreams and leading through ambiguity with minimal oversight
  • Outstanding organizational, written/verbal communication, and listening skills, plus exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong team-player attitude; excels under pressure and is highly adaptable in the face of changing and competing priorities
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships across an organization and serving as an effective liaison between senior leadership and teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, time-management, prioritization, and continuous improvement skills
  • Expert with G-Suite (Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
  • High degree of discretion and integrity, especially when handling confidential and sensitive business information

Bonus

  • Familiar with AI tools like Chat GPT, Claude, Granola, etc
