This Position reports to:

Internal Communication Manager

 

In this role you will Implement assigned marketing communications activities through all available communications tools according to Group guidelines, directives and messages and in the frame of an approved budget. We are looking for a dynamic Communication Specialist to drive internal and external communication strategies, enhance employee engagement, and support brand and business objectives through impactful messaging and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in corporate communications, campaign execution, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid.

This role is contributing to Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division based in Bangalore, India

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Corporate Communication Strategy

• Employee Engagement & Internal Communications

• Campaign & Content Management

• Stakeholder & Client Management

• Project & Program Management

• Brand & Market Insights

Qualifications for the role

• 4–8 years of experience in managing end-to-end communication campaigns.

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills. Proven experience in content creation across multiple platforms

• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies and ability to work with cross-functional and global teams

• Background in communications, advertising, media, or marketing

• Experience working with multinational/global teams

• Exposure to brand campaigns, product launches, and employee engagement initiatives
