Bring fresh perspective to spatial design as a Creative Interior Designer in JLL's Design Lab, where bold concepts meet global influence.

You'll reimagine what interior environments can be, developing original design concepts that surprise and perform. Working within our creative leadership team, you'll craft compelling spatial narratives for international clients that span multiple design sectors.

What you'll do: Conceptualise breakthrough interior environments that challenge conventional thinking while remaining commercially compelling. Your creative process will inform spatial planning, material strategies, and atmospheric design across workplace, retail, and hospitality projects, always with focus on how spaces feel and function emotionally.

What you bring: You're a visually-driven designer with 2-5 years of experience who understands space as experiential storytelling. Fluency in 3D design tools (Revit or Vectorworks) enables you to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives.

Through concept development and visual storytelling, you'll help redefine spatial culture and demonstrate how thoughtful interior design drives both human connection and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create atmospheric design concepts that demonstrate nuanced understanding of spatial experience

• Develop compelling visual presentations and 3D environments for client pitches and key projects

• Produce sophisticated material palettes, spatial narratives, and experiential design strategies

• Bring fresh perspectives and cross-sector inspiration to Design Lab projects

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in interior design across workplace, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors

• Strong 3D design skills with proficiency in Revit or Vectorworks

• Understanding of how materials, lighting, and spatial composition create emotional impact

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field

• Enthusiasm for contributing to a culture of design excellence and creative experimentation

• Experience working on concept development and early-stage design preferred
