Your role at Baxter:

Coordinate all assembly operations within as assembly line, sub-assy area or working Group, including the packing area assuring compliance of manufacturing and quality   Regulations, and production standards.  Customer satisfactions through high quality service and low cost.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coordinates assembly and packing operations within the assigned area.
  • Deals with associates, materials and equipment problems (Opportunities) in the assigned area.
  • Coordinate and provide safety equipment to all associate if necessary.
  • Communicate all situations that may have adverse impact to product, machines or process to the immediate supervisor.
  • Trains new associates, conduct cross training. (Rotated to regular Associates and keep informed the supervisor of the Training progress).
  • Maintain a motivated group of associates.
  • Maintain proper maintenance standard of the area.
  • Use of computer system applications.
  • Coordinates code and batch changes according SPEC’S, SOP'S and code set ups as per cells in belts layout.
  • Keep process monitoring on quality and performance targets.
  • Promote a world class environment through working teams and Safety/Environmental.
  • Implement process improvement ideas and programs.
  • Prepare, complete and verify documents as required in the area Assigned.
  • Manually document (ex: checker chart) and/or electronically (ex: POMs) the required information to comply applicable procedures and specifications. This information includes but is not limited tp process parameters, lots, amount of production, and others.
  • Observes all company and regulatory EHS requirements.
  • Observed confidentiality and data privacy rules at all time.
  • Maintain completed, upload and verified the visual management data as required in the area Assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards.
  • Learn and practice basic ergonomic principles to reduce job-related discomfort and injuries.
  • Be knowledgeable of all the associated risks and environmental aspects of his/her area and support the identification of new risks.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration o related area. 
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in manufacturing and on process operation.
  • PC Skills, Strong verbal and written communications skills. 
  • Knowledge of corporate specifications and plant standard operating procedures.
  •  Knowledge of bill of material process.
  •  Must have good documentation practices, and strong interpersonal skills.
