Workplace Technology Services - Senior Analyst

We are looking for a candidate with background in Service Now development and Moveworks or other AI platform integration and development. Interest in AI and Automation geared towards enterprise level

Preferred candidate would have:

Moveworks/AI & Automation

Experience with Moveworks integration development or other virtual agents/AI platforms

Understanding of AI basic integration concepts (APIs, JSON payload, authentication concepts, etc.)

Has an interest in AI & Automation development and concepts on an enterprise level 

Familiar with automation and integration concepts

Moveworks development training and/or certifications

Exposure to AI and Automation tools or platforms

Understanding of basic AI or machine learning principles 

Service Now

Experience with Service Now development 

Understanding of Service Now concepts (ITSM, business rules, client scripts, UI policies)

Familiar with IT Service Management concepts (incident, knowledge, requests, etc)

Familiar with Service Now tables, forms, list, etc

Service Now development training and/or certifications

General

Familiar with common corporate environment system (Azure/Entra ID, O365, HR systems e.g. Workday)

Familiar with enterprise systems (ITSM, HR systems, identity platforms, etc.)

Good communication and task management skills

Willingness to learn new concepts for Moveworks and Service Now integrations and development

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

AI driven thinking for improvements and ideas
