Key Responsibilities

  • Service Excellence
    • Ensure delivery of high-quality, timely, and innovative solutions across all client engagements, maintaining WPP Media’s reputation for best-in-class service.
    • Act as the senior escalation point for client issues, resolving challenges swiftly and always maintaining client satisfaction.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within your team, ensuring all client’s work meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Integrated Thinking
    • Lead the development of holistic communication strategies that leverage the full spectrum of WPP Media’s media, data, and technology capabilities.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless, integrated solutions that address complex client challenges.
    • Drive innovation by challenging teams to go beyond the brief and deliver market-leading ideas and outcomes.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
    • Own and deliver on a minimum 15 to 20% year-on-year revenue growth target across your client portfolio.
    • Identify, develop, and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities for WPP Media’s full suite of products and services, ensuring solutions are directly aligned with client needs and business goals.
    • Proactively “farm” accounts by nurturing relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and expanding WPP Media’s footprint within each client organization.
    • Partner with internal teams to build and present compelling business cases for new initiatives, extensions, and product offerings.
  • Client Partnership & Thought Leadership
    • Serve as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and positioning WPP Media as the go-to partner for all communication challenges.
