SUMMARY:
Q2 is seeking Senior Solutions Consultant to join a high-performance team that is serves as a technical subject matter expert supporting both pre-sales and post-sales activities for Symphonix, Q2’s modern loan origination and decisioning platform designed to streamline and digitize the end-to-end lending experience.
You will interact with clients across all financial services verticals, in a variety of lending industries, helping them transform their lending operations through automation, configurable workflows, and data-driven insights. Also, to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric lending solutions.
We are a fast-paced, innovative environment offering some of the most advanced solutions in the lending digitization space today. Many of the region’s top Fintechs are already Symphonix clients, and demand for scalable, intelligent lending innovation continues to grow.
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Achieve mastery of Q2’s live software demonstrations and solution capabilities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Q2 solutions and how they address evolving market and financial institution needs.
- Closely working with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Product Management, and Marketing to deliver compelling solution demonstrations, validate technical feasibility, and ensure successful implementation of Q2 solutions.
- Operate across mortgage, auto lending, corporate lending, invoice financing, and asset finance products.
- Perform in-depth client needs analysis and translate requirements into tailored Q2 solution designs.
- Build proof-of-concepts, mini-applications, or rapid prototypes to demonstrate feasibility.
- Provide technical leadership and support during RFI/RFP processes.
- Share case studies and successful implementation examples to illustrate best practices.
- Support Q2 marketing initiatives, including webinars, campaigns, trade shows, speaking engagements, and the Q2 user conference.
- Participate in competitive analysis and provide insights on market positioning.
- Cross-selling to existing customers involves identifying and offering complementary products.
- Support solution implementation, configuration, installation, and validation.
- Ensure product applications function according to defined specifications and customer expectations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of related experience, OR advanced degree with 6+ years of experience, OR equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role preferred.
- Industry experience in Lending (Loan Origination and/or Loan Servicing) required.
- Experience working with or delivering SaaS-based solutions, including solution architecture, implementation, and customer enablement.
- Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital banking platforms and how financial institutions leverage technology to compete.
- Working knowledge of technical architecture, integrations, APIs, and SaaS delivery models.
- Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding technical environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
