In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of underwriting both CMHC-insured and conventional commercial mortgages. You'll navigate established policies and underwriting standards with creativity and precision, ensuring compliance while driving towards ambitious service goals and annual targets. Beyond underwriting, you'll engage in credit-related tasks, administrative responsibilities, and build strong networks with external business partners and internal teams.
