You’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 6 months work or volunteer experience with students
- Several of our school partners have special education openings. While not required, we encourage candidates with special education experience to apply.
- Confidence to manage a classroom of students
- Ability to pass state & federal background check
- Willingness to commute to North Philadelphia, as most of our schools are located here
Please note that due to the PA state legal requirements, onboarding can take 2-3 weeks to complete depending on submission of various clearances and documentation. We will work with you to guide you through onboarding as quickly as possible but the start date does depend on submission of required documents.
