Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client engagements and financial reporting.
- Serve as primary client contact and trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop accounting team members.
- Review complex financial statements for GAAP compliance.
- Drive process improvements and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for additional client services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
- 6+ years progressive accounting experience (CPA preferred).
- Supervisory experience required.
- Public or outsourced accounting experience a plus.
- Skills: Leadership, client relationship management, advanced Excel, accounting software proficiency.
