About the role

Mavericks Wanted

When was the last time you achieved the impossible? If that thought feels overwhelming, you might want to pause here, but if it sparks excitement...read on

In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.

Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.

BridgeBio's Legal and Compliance function is scaling fast, and the tools, systems, and workflows behind it need to scale with it. The Sr. Manager/Associate Director of Legal Operations exists to help build that foundation: aligning process, governance, and technology under a single operational strategy so the function can keep pace with the business.

This role will support the build out of the legal technology stack end-to-end — combining project and program management discipline with the technical depth to support these initiatives directly.

Scope and Impact You will support the build of technology and infrastructure that the entire Legal and Compliance team relies on daily, from the CLM platform to AI-enabled workflows. The goal is a legal function that runs on modern, well-governed systems instead of manual workarounds.

Front Lines of Building BridgeBio's legal technology stack is still being built. You will help to define use cases and and workflows that don't yet exist yet, with the latitude to project manage the build outs and integrations well from the start.

Mission at the Core Every priority you drive and every initiative you advance is ultimately in service of getting life-changing medicines to patients who have no alternatives.

  • Proactively monitor the product roadmap; evaluate new features, provide recommendations for adoption to the adoption to the CLM Steering Committee, where required, and champion adoption.
  • Analyze contracting data and usage patterns to identify inefficiencies and recommend structural workflow improvements to the CLM Steering Committee for approval, implementing approved changes that reduce cycle times and attorney involvement in routine tasks.
  • Partner with stakeholders and translate business requirements from attorneys and stakeholders into clear, functional workflows.
