This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an ESG Reporting Intern in Madrid with Signify.
In this role, you will be supporting the ESG Reporting team coordinating the reporting projects for the EU Taxonomy and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) with a focus on Circular Economy and Pollution. You will report to the ESG Reporting Manager in Signify and you will work closely with colleagues responsible for ESG reporting, climate, sustainable products, sustainable operations, and sustainable supply chain, as well as people outside of the sustainability department. Your responsibilities include:
Support Annual and quarterly report preparation with data collection, creating reporting manuals and controls.
Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information and support the integration of data.
Maintaining ESG Reporting Program templates, trackers, dashboards and communication reporting decks.
Conduct analysis and benchmarking on sustainability reporting best practices.
Conduct preliminary analysis of collected data to identify trends and discrepancies, providing insights.

Currently pursuing studies in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
Knowledge in ESG reporting and sustainability regulations
Project management skills, interest in transformation & change management
Excellent attention to detail, proactive, hands-on
Analytical skills, including good knowledge in Microsoft Excel for data organization, and reporting.
Proficient in English - writing and speaking
Data Management skills or knowledge is a plus
