About the role
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Accounting Manager is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and GAAP compliant financial reporting for real estate and related investments across multiple asset and fund structures. This role oversees monthly and quarterly accounting, consolidations, fair value measurement, and analytical review to support portfolio performance insights and decision making.
The position partners closely with portfolio management, valuations, tax, treasury, as well as internal and external auditors to ensure the integrity of financial data throughout the investment lifecycle—from acquisition through disposition. The role also contributes to new investment onboarding, transaction activity, and ongoing liquidity management within complex investment structures.
