BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN or Physical Therapist) to join our Exton, PA Senior Living office. This office provides high-quality home health services to senior clients throughout Exton and the surrounding communities.

As a Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring field staff, and ensuring exceptional care delivery for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
  • Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Exton and surrounding areas
  • Develop individualized care plans and oversee implementation of services
  • Supervise and support RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, and other field clinicians
  • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Conduct competency evaluations for both new and tenured staff
  • Review and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) license required
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required
  • Home Health experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $90,000–$95,000, based on qualifications and experience
