Scope of Work
- Develop and own influencer & advocacy strategies with clear rationale on tribe, tier, content angle, and role of influencer within the broader communication ecosystem.
- Lead and adapt the entire campaign lifecycle in a fast-paced environment, from influencer identification, vetting, and selection to negotiation, contracting, and continuous optimization under changing client requirements and timelines
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of content creators, talent agencies, and key partners within the Vietnamese market.
- Oversee the content development with strong attention to brand safety, regulatory compliance, and category-specific guidelines, particularly in regulated or sensitive categories such as beauty, skincare, or health-related products.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing return on investment (ROI) for our clients.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), lead performance analysis, and deliver insightful post-campaign reports to clients, demonstrating campaign value and providing actionable recommendations.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for clients and internal teams on all matters related to influencer partnerships, trends, and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of influencer marketing specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring operational excellence.
- Ensure all influencer collaborations are fully compliant with legal, ethical, and client-specific guidelines.
- Drive innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, new social platforms, and emerging creator talent, and translating these into strategic opportunities for clients.
Skills and experience:
- 4+ years of dedicated experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or talent management, preferably within an agency environment. At least 1 year as Manager
- A strong, existing network of relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies in the Vietnamese market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven influencer campaigns from start to finish for a variety of brands.
- Excellent negotiation, contract management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with at least 1-2 years of experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
