Job Responsibilities:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Hi-lo driver in a manufacturing warehouse environment. Ability to follow MIOSHA safety requirements. Requires shipping dock and excellent forklift skills. MAFACT Basic Training, Basic Knowledge in JATCO Specific Requirements; Ford Specific Requirements; GM Specific Requirements. Knowledge and compliance of safety procedures and policies required. Demonstrates creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills. Team oriented work approach and ability to work with others in a team environment. Ability to work overtime as required. Excellent attendance and performance record. Demonstrates Core Values. Proficient experience of bar-coding system. Self-starter who is positive and professional. Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. Hi-Lo permits are required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
