Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI):

  • Identify, evaluate, and select qualified ODM partners based on technical, commercial,
  • and operational criteria
  • Coordinate across R&D, QA, purchasing, and supply chain teams to track project status
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and development agreements with ODMs
  • Drive cost-down initiatives through value engineering and supplier collaboration
  • Work with QA teams to manage quality audits, corrective actions, and control plans
  • Oversee production schedules, capacity planning, and shipment coordination with ODMs
  • Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues such as delays or supply constraints.
Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management,or a related field.
  • A minimum 3 years’ experience in ODM management or related fields
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :
  • Familiar with a wide range of ODMs in the networking, IoT, and surveillance industries
  • Basic understanding of electronics, mechanical engineering, or networking products
  • Experienced in international logistics and Incoterms
