Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI):
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified ODM partners based on technical, commercial,
- and operational criteria
- Coordinate across R&D, QA, purchasing, and supply chain teams to track project status
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, payment terms, and development agreements with ODMs
- Drive cost-down initiatives through value engineering and supplier collaboration
- Work with QA teams to manage quality audits, corrective actions, and control plans
- Oversee production schedules, capacity planning, and shipment coordination with ODMs
- Assist in resolving day-to-day operational issues such as delays or supply constraints.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, supply chain management,or a related field.
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in ODM management or related fields
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Familiar with a wide range of ODMs in the networking, IoT, and surveillance industries
- Basic understanding of electronics, mechanical engineering, or networking products
- Experienced in international logistics and Incoterms
