We are seeking an Account Management Analyst Intern to support process optimization on one of our major accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a customer-focused, data-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support data driven reporting, including network speed, oparational timelines, and customer satisfaction.
Work with stakeholders to analyze relevant data and provide business opportunity insights
Implement internal process improvements to increase efficiency
Monitor and document project milestones, ensuring stakeholders receive timely and accurate updates
Optimize customer experience by managing client inquires
The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.
Highly organized, with the ability to transform daily tasks into structured workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
