THE JOB:
As a Parking Ambassador, you play an important role in shaping the first impression of our resort. With a warm smile and attentive service, you will welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide swift and efficient assistance, ensuring that both arrivals and departures are seamless and memorable. THE STARTING RATE: $14.96

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services

• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays

• Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty

• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 6+ months of prior relevant guest service experience

• Able to work effectively in various weather conditions is preferred

• Must possess a current valid Driver's License and able to obtain a valid Driver's License 

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 18 years of age or older
