TNT Sports is looking for an entry-level engineer to help us explore and build applied AI solutions across the sports organization.
- Build AI-powered prototypes using JS/TS, Node, Python and modern AI tooling
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements
- Turn vague ideas into usable tools with minimal upfront requirements
- Test and evaluate new AI models, APIs, and tooling as they emerge
- Deploy and iterate on prototypes in GCP and AWS sandbox environments
- Maintain and improve existing prototypes as they evolve
- Strong interest in AI and a habit of experimenting with new tools
- Experience building projects (professional or personal) using modern coding stacks
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Cline, etc.)
- Ability to work from ambiguity and figure things out independently
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable thinking about both how something works and why it should exist
