Como será o seu dia a dia:
• Mensurar visitas, conversões, vendas, campanhas, cohorts, life time value e payback de cada canal de marketing;
• Criação de dashboards. Automação e otimização de rotinas;
• Recomendar melhorias visando ganho de performance;
• Desenvolvimento de relatórios operacionais e gerenciais;
• Propor novas ideias e projetos visando aumentar o tráfego do site e o faturamento;
• Analisar a experiência do usuário no site;
• Análises de mercado e concorrência;
• Atuar de forma integrada com todas as disciplinas;
• Elaborar planejamento de Web Analytics;
• Executar testes, coletar e analisar dados, identificar tendências e gerar insights;
• Construir apresentações e relatórios dos estudos realizados;
• Recomendar melhorias para cliente e time de mídia visando aumento de conversão e redução de custos;
• Ser responsável pelo relacionamento e proximidade com o cliente (externo e interno);
• Planejar, organizar e supervisionar o andamento dos jobs e sprints;
• Gerenciar o andamento de todos os projetos de dados das contas pelas quais é responsável;
• Ser o evangelizador da cultura "data driven".
O perfil que buscamos:
• Formação em: Administração, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas e Áreas Correlatas;
• Domínio de Excel e/ou Google Sheets;
• Conhecimento em data vis;
• Conhecimento em ferramenta de testes;
• Conhecimento em integrações de dados;
• Conhecimento em plataformas de marketing digital será um diferencial;
• Conhecimento em GCP será um diferencial;
• Vivencia com telecom será um diferencial.
