Job Description:

•制定有挑战性和可执行的销售计划，和经销商及客户有效沟通，完成销售目标；

• 开发及维护医院客户，并通过学术活动和日常沟通，有效传递产品信息及相关服务等；

• 建立和维护与临床医生、学术带头人的学术合作关系，体现公司专业、创新、合作的学术形象；

• 掌握应有的产品知识及销售技巧，并不断更新,通过日常拜访，专业跟台，科室会等活动，有效向专家传递产品理念，了解产品反馈并解决售后疑问等；

• 了解竞争对手的市场状况，按时准确提交各项市场数据，通过分析销售数据和趋势，提出合理建议；

• 严格遵守公司的合规政策；

• 完成上级交予的其他任务。
