A Day in the Life
Senior IT Supervisor is to lead delivery management and team execution across Hyperautomation initiatives. This role is responsible for establishing strong agile delivery practices, driving predictable outcomes with first-time quality, and enabling the growth and productivity of developers through coaching, feedback, and technical mentorship. Your extensive experience and deep understanding will drive the success of our projects and contribute to the overall IT strategy of the organization.As a Senior IT Supervisor, you will be a senior member of our technology team responsible for shaping and executing our organization's people’s strategy.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Delivery Management & Execution Excellence
- Own end-to-end delivery outcomes for a portfolio of Hyperautomation initiatives (RPA, Process Mining, AI/ML, Analytics automation).
- Ensure project deliverables are on time with first-time quality, enforcing strong Definition of Done, quality gates, and release readiness practices.
- Drive day-to-day execution management: scope, schedule, dependencies, RAID, and governance cadence in partnership with Project/Program Managers.
- Manage project escalations proactively, coordinating resolution plans with the project manager and key stakeholders.
- Team Management, Coaching & Productivity
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of developers/engineers to meet organizational objectives, delivery commitments, and individual growth plans.
- Ensure and monitor programmer productivity; use objective metrics (throughput, cycle time, defect leakage, rework, automation reliability, SLA adherence).
- Provide regular constructive feedback, performance coaching, and targeted training plans for developers (technical + delivery discipline).
- Foster a continuous improvement culture through retrospectives, root-cause analysis, and operational excellence routines.
- Standard Agile Practice Implementation
- Implement and institutionalize standard Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) across delivery teams: sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
- Drive predictable capacity planning, velocity tracking, and delivery forecasting aligned to business priorities.
- Ensure clear working agreements, engineering hygiene, and collaboration rituals across cross-functional teams.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Vendor / Resource Accountability
- Responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and accountable consumption tracking for resources, vendors, and project costs.
- Manage vendor partners and delivery capacity: onboarding, performance management, deliverable acceptance, and commercial utilization effectiveness.
- Provide transparent financial and delivery reporting: burn rates, forecast-to-complete, and variance explanations.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Support stability and operationalization of automations (monitoring, incident triage, root cause, continuous improvement, and reliability enhancements).
- Encourage responsible adoption of Copilot/GenAI where applicable to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.
- Provide regular status reports and performance metrics to management and key stakeholders (delivery health, risks, dependencies, outcomes).
- Socialize organizational strategy and communicate execution progress across business and IT audiences, including translating technical delivery progress into business-relevant outcomes.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Technical Mentorship & Architecture Guidance
- Provide mentorship in architecture and development to individual contributors; raise engineering maturity via patterns, standards, reusable components, and reviews.
- Participate in integration design activities with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and peer team members to ensure scalable and supportable solutions
- Work closely with platform teams to ensure automation & AI solutions align with enterprise guardrails, security, and operational requirements.
- Hyperautomation Tooling, Insights & Automation Operations
- Demonstrate strong understanding of scripting/automation tools, dashboards, and the ability to identify business insights from operational and process data.
Required knowledge and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MCA, or MSc with 10+ years of IT experience.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Hyperautomation tool stack such as RPA, Process Mining, AI/ML, Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery execution for enterprise initiatives, including schedule, scope, risk, and dependency management.
- Strong people leadership experience: coaching, performance feedback, talent development, and improving engineering productivity.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability, including presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to understand business problems and design/drive solutions that address the need completely and correctly
- Hands-on familiarity / working knowledge with enterprise technologies and platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Snowflake, Power BI (and related analytics/automation ecosystem).

- Prior experience enabling reusable automation components, shared libraries, and platform-minded delivery.
- Experience/knowledge in Copilot adoption, governance, and productivity enablement within delivery teams.
- Exposure to automation operations (monitoring, SLAs, incident/problem management) and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Managing a Global Organization and Stakeholders.
