Sales Executive - CARTAGENA

Location: Candidates must currently reside in Cartagena or be willing to relocate to Cartagena.
Profile: 3–5 years of relevant experience in commercial or sales roles.
Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets.

In this role, you will develop and negotiate commercial plans that create value for our shoppers, customers, and P&G. You will contribute directly to growing our business while strengthening our portfolio of globally recognized brands.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand business needs and deliver effective, tailored solutions.
Develop, execute, and negotiate sales plans that create mutual value for customers and P&G.
Drive sales growth for assigned brands through disciplined execution of commercial and marketing strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of business objectives.
Share insights with management on market trends, customer dynamics, and competitive activity.

Experience using data analysis and reporting tools to drive business decisions.
Solid understanding of the FMCG environment and consumer behavior.
