Goal of This Role

Lucid Bots is growing fast, and every hire matters. The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns full-cycle recruiting across the company — sourcing, closing, and pre-boarding the people who make our growth real. You'll run the requisitions, manage the ATS, partner with hiring managers, and make every search feel sharp. When the recruiting queue breathes, you'll roll up your sleeves on talent development work that helps the people we've already hired keep growing. This is a recruiter job today with a clear runway into broader People Ops tomorrow.

What You'll Do

• Run full-cycle searches across manufacturing, GA, commercial, and early technical roles — 5 to 10 open reqs at a time
• Source actively through LinkedIn, referrals, and targeted outreach — don't wait for inbound to save the day
• Partner with hiring managers on intake, scorecards, and debriefs; push back respectfully when a s
