Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and supervise day to day operations of the AU Technical Solutions site
- Receive inbound freight from customers.
- Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment.
- Perform in-house and some on-site routine services including Pre-Delivery Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance to ensure proper operation of devices.
- Monitor all service requests through completion to ensure that the customer receives service in an expeditious manner. Escalate risks if issues arise that delay timely service to the customer.
- Complete all planned Technical, Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required.
- Maintain effective procedures, records, transactional data and prepare reports.
- Support the sales, the marketing, the logistics and the quality department with technical issues.
- Manage S & R project related activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies by internal team, contract, and 3rd party resources.
EDUCATION/TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Tertiary Education desirable but not required.
- Experience leading day to day team operations
- Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced change environment managing competing priorities.
- Attention to detail, exceptional planning and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
- Ability to complete repetitive work without impact on quality.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, 9001, 19011
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups internally and externally.
- People development skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Time Management skills.
- Knowledge of Software Automation is desired.
