THE JOB:
The Workforce Management Supervisor provides motivation and support to the Workforce team to ensure consistent productivity in daily operational tasks. In this role, the Supervisor serves as a key liaison between Specialists and management, facilitating clear communication and alignment across teams. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, this position enhances overall performance while promoting a culture of excellence within the team
THE STARTING RATE: $28.50
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Develop and enhance the Workforce Management Specialists’ skills to improve scheduling solutions while supporting their professional growth
Work cross-functionally to ensure staffing levels are optimized to support exceptional guest satisfaction
Utilize empirical data to enhance and develop staffing models
Explore innovative best practices to optimize staffing utilization in alignment with labor agreement and requirements
Ensure the Workforce Management team consistently completes daily scheduling operations
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Problem -solving and critical thinking
Data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in workforce management tools and systems
Conflict resolution and adaptability
Time management and prioritization
High School Diploma required
At least two years of prior experience in workforce management or related operational roles
