Position Overview

Woolpert is hiring an Architectural Team Leader to join our dynamic Healthcare team at our Coral Gables, FL office. This position reports to the Regional Team Leader and is responsible for guiding, instructing, directing and leading the group to achieve discipline, individual and team goals. This role may accommodate full-time in-person or hybrid working arrangements.

What You Will Do:

Supervise, manage and motivate team members daily to function in a goal-oriented manner.

Monitor the quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team.
Ensure team is right sized, right skilled and trained.
