Job Description

The IP Specialist at Dennemeyer will manage clients' intellectual property portfolios, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models. Success in this role is demonstrated through precise docketing, diligent monitoring of deadlines, and high client satisfaction. This position is integral to maintaining Dennemeyer reputation for excellence in IP management on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities
 

  • Monitor official deadlines in our patent annuity database and update client-specific portfolios

  • Handle client requests via phone, email, and digital platform with professionalism and discretion

  • Engage in regular meetings and interactions with customers as required

  • Serve as a key customer contact when collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve inquiries

  • Communicate patent‑related information efficiently to internal departments and customers worldwide

Your Profile
 

  • Proven professional experience in an administrative or client service–oriented role

  • Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills combined with a strong customer‑oriented mindset

  • Solid command of Microsoft Office applications

  • Fluency in English and very good command of German and French is mandatory (written and spoken)
