Your Responsibilities
Monitor official deadlines in our patent annuity database and update client-specific portfolios
Handle client requests via phone, email, and digital platform with professionalism and discretion
Engage in regular meetings and interactions with customers as required
Serve as a key customer contact when collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve inquiries
Communicate patent‑related information efficiently to internal departments and customers worldwide
Your Profile
Proven professional experience in an administrative or client service–oriented role
Positive and proactive attitude with the ability to adapt and learn quickly
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills combined with a strong customer‑oriented mindset
Solid command of Microsoft Office applications
Fluency in English and very good command of German and French is mandatory (written and spoken)
