Responsibilities

  • Act as a working supervisor, supporting and guiding a small team within the EMEA Customer Service function located in Brno Czech Republic
  • Support the EMEA Customer Service Teams (Germany) and collaborators with all aspects of order processing
  • Process customer transactions from quote to cash while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Coordinate and oversee complex order handling and international shipment processes
  • Respond proactively to customer queries via phone and email and tickets, acting as an escalation point when needed
  • Drive and support projects related to customer satisfaction and process improvement
  • Ensure adherence to export control, compliance, and legal guidelines for national and international transactions
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data in ERP and CRM systems
  • Monitor team performance and provide day-to-day coaching and support

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field
  • Initial experience in a team lead, supervisory, or coordination role (working supervisor experience preferred)
  • Strong experience in complex order processing and international shipping coordination
  • Ability to effectively operate ERP, CRM and phone platforms (Salesforce and GeneSys Cloud strongly preferred)
  • ADR and IATA DGR certified; experience with Class 7 is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English; German is a plus
  • Ability to implement and adhere to strict guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support team members
