This role is instrumental to the achievement of our objectives and aspiration through the delivery of market leading direct marketing and digital enablement solutions.  Key to our success will be the deployment and optimization of best practice multi-channel and multi-product marketing for acquisition, growth and retention programs inclusive of the elements necessary for their enablement – building telemarketing capabilities, greater digitalization of our business across the end-to-end customer and partner experience. This would be inclusive of ownership, execution and continuous enhancement of our customer engagement strategy across all channels.

How you will create an impact

• Drive end-to-end business integration and operational transformation to enable secure, scalable, and compliant business growth both Telemarketing and Digital distributions
• Review, strengthen, and govern data security, telephony, and TM systems to ensure alignment with global standards, regulatory requirements, and information security controls.
• Design and implement robust operating models and digital platforms that enhance system reliability, data protection, and operational resilience.
• Improve customer and business outcomes by optimizing call center operations, sales support processes, and billing channels while reducing manual work and operational risk.
• Lead cross-functional and vendor collaboration to ensure technology solutions, processes, and controls are fit-for-purpose, secure, and sustainable.
• Drive continuous process improvement by identifying operational and customer journey pain points, eliminating waste, and embedding risk and compliance considerations.
• Deliver complex local and global initiatives with strong governance, balancing speed, quality, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in insurance operations, business integration, or strategy with a strong understanding of end-to-end operational models.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technology, and external partners.
• Demonstrated capability in driving process improvement, platform implementation, or transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to improve performance, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions in fast-changing business contexts.
• Customer-centric approach with a track record of improving service quality and supporting business growth.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, or large-scale initiatives with a focus on efficiency and risk control.
