Meet the team:

Join our dynamic IT department at Dexcom, where innovation meets expertise in cost accounting within our Oracle EBS environment. As a crucial member of our team, you will be at the forefront of optimizing cost accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. With a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on Dexcom's financial operations while working alongside talented professionals who share your passion for excellence. This position will involve supporting multiple APAC IT projects and may entail leading small projects as needed. Dexcom has regional teams in APAC, EMEA and US and this role will be functionally part of this wider team and will operate within its governance framework.

Where you come in:

• You will leverage your deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.9 modules—including Cost Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain—to support, enhance and optimize end-to-end business processes and operational efficiency.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Oracle EBS.
• You will act as a trusted business partner to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Operations teams to align system capabilities with business objectives.
• You will assess existing processes and systems, identifying opportunities for process simplification, automation, operational efficiency, and reporting enhancements.
• You manage design and propose solutions leveraging Oracle EBS standard functionality while recommending customizations, integrations, or process improvements where necessary.
• You will configure and support Oracle EBS modules to align with business and cost accounting requirements, including cost structures, inventory transactions, allocation methodologies, and supply chain operational flows.
• You will support manufacturing and operational processes including work orders, inventory transactions, intercompany processes, receiving, shipping, costing flows, and month-end close activities.
• You will collaborate with technical, integration, and reporting teams to support connected enterprise systems such as MES, WMS, reporting platforms, and third-party applications.
• You will develop, coordinate, and execute comprehensive testing strategies including SIT, UAT, regression, and validation testing to ensure system functionality, reliability, and business readiness.
• You will provide end-user support, troubleshooting, documentation, and training to ensure operational teams are proficient and aligned with system processes and best practices.
• You will utilize Oracle EBS reporting capabilities and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting inventory accuracy, cost optimization, operational improvements, and business decision-making.
• You will ensure solutions and processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
• You will support project execution activities including requirements gathering, solution delivery, testing coordination, issue management, deployment support, and stakeholder communication.
• You will drive execution of assigned initiatives and deliverables while effectively managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What makes you successful:

• Your strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.9, particularly across Supply Chain, Cost Management, Inventory, Purchasing, and Manufacturing modules.
• Your 5+ years of experience in an IT Applications Business Analyst or Oracle EBS Functional Analyst role.
• Your strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Cost Accounting, and supply chain operational transaction flows.
• Your strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from operational and financial data.
• Your hands-on experience in testing, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure system functionality, stability, and compliance.
• Your excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Your ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic global environment.

Preferable skills:

• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Experience supporting integrated enterprise platforms such as MES, WMS, planning, or analytics/reporting solutions.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceutical, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
