The Challenge

The Junior Corporate Accountant is a key pillar of the EMEA Finance organization, ensuring the financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency of T2 and it subsidiaries in the EMEA region. This role is primarily focused on accounting and reporting for 7 entities including monthly consolidation and analysis of financials, SOX/BlackLine compliance, preparation of reporting and tax packs, audit support, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Take On

  • Assist with the monthly close process by preparing and posting journal entries and loading trial balances for EMEA entities.
  • Help prepare monthly financial reports, including P&Ls, Balance Sheets, and specific territory schedules.
  • Use financial tools (JD Edwards, BlackLine, and Hyperion) to perform daily/monthly reconciliations and ensure data matches across systems.
  • Support the team during internal and external audits by pulling required files, ensuring compliance with US/Local GAAP, and following SOX guidelines.
  • Help monitor the intercompany billing process and assist with updating and tracking the Fixed Asset register.
  • Actively participate in team efforts to streamline reporting, reduce data entry errors, and document step-by-step team procedures.
  • Coordinate with finance team members and stakeholders in both EMEA and US offices to handle ad-hoc data requests.

What You Bring

  • Part-Qualified Accountant (or working towards it) with a good understanding of financial processes, Local/US GAAP, and SOX compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and eager to work with core finance systems like JD Edwards, Hyperion, and BlackLine.
  • Ability to pull data from systems, check for accuracy, and help analyze numbers to find trends or solve problems.
  • Fluent in both French and English, with the confidence to communicate financial info clearly and build good relationships with US and EMEA teams.
  • A proactive learner and organized self-starter who handles tight deadlines well and wants to grow their career within the accounting team.
