  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, systems enhancements, and process efficiencies.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in a credit control, accounts receivable, or collections environment.

  • Strong knowledge of collections processes, debt recovery practices, and relevant legislation.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations while maintaining positive customer relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and reporting.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and experience with financial systems.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Previous experience supporting or supervising collections team members within a large organisation.

Why Join Heidelberg Materials?

  • Opportunity to work for a leading building materials company.

  • Supportive and collaborative team environment.
